Returns & Exchanges

At Gusti Leder, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-quality leather products. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the leather goods in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected from transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Download and print your return shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
